Peculiar combination of buphthalmos and phthisis

Case of May 2016.
One may think at a first glance, that the only eye which is abnormal is the left one, with obvious phthisis. However, the right one is also not ok. It is a buphthalmic big cornea. The boy had congenital glaucoma treated before.

На снимке патологичны оба глаза. Один субербольшой, другой – супермаленький. Соответственно врождённая глаукома справа и фтизис слева. Пропорции огромной правой роговицы можно оценить сравнив диаметр роговицы с размером глазной щели.
